Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of the Shipwright website. A signed agreement governs any software, design, or consulting work that we provide.

Effective August 25, 2026

Using this site

You may use this site for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You must not disrupt the site, attempt to access systems without permission, or use the site to send harmful material.

We may change, pause, or remove any part of the site when needed. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free from errors.

Project enquiries

The project form is a demonstration. It checks required fields in your browser, then clears them. It does not send or store your details.

A message or conversation about possible work does not create a client relationship, a project commitment, or a duty to provide services.

Our content

Shipwright owns or licenses the content on this site, including its name, logo, written material, and visual design. You may not copy, adapt, publish, or use that material without our written permission, except where the law allows it.

Liability

We provide this site for general information. We do not give a warranty about its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, Shipwright is not responsible for loss that results from using or being unable to use the site.

Law and changes

Philippine law applies to these terms, unless a mandatory law gives you greater protection. If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and update its effective date.
